The Shakespeare’s Sister Company (SSC), an all-female theater company, supports women in theater. Our commitment unites actresses and female directors in producing great new plays and established theatrical works by our literary heroines. It is through our tenacious dedication as artists to address social change through the arts, including women empowerment workshops and literacy for youth.

The Shakespeare’s Sister Company is fully incorporated as a New York Nonprofit Corporation and operates under the 501(c)3 umbrella organization, Fractured Atlas, a nonprofit arts service organization. Contributions on behalf of Shakespeare’s Sister Company may be made payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

We accept all in-kind donations in addition to monetary. For example, if you have furniture, costumes, theater space, catering…we would gladly accept it.
